He demonstrates that Joseph Smith was truly a prophet called of God by quoting numerous prophecies which Joseph made and then showing how those prophecies received complete and literal fulfillment.
     Examples are quoted of Joseph foretelling the actions of his associates, prophesying of wars and future political events, and even foretelling the occurrence of great natural phenomena. Joseph's prophecies of the Mormon migration to the West are recalled, and the prophecies concerning his martyrdom are reported in detail.
